The final elset from OIG for the AsiaSat 3 Proton-K rocket is:
AsiaSat 3 Proton-K r 134 x 112 km
1 25127U 97086B 97360.97680933 .46964348 12881-4 18417-3 0 181
2 25127 51.5849 81.3009 0016762 274.6412 85.2519 16.56380026 333

This is 19 seconds earlier than the equivalent elset in the "9013"
SatEvo evolution I posted here previously.

It may have re-entered near or soon after the following northbound
equator crossing (00:53 UTC at 28 deg W), possibly on a track across NW
Africa from Dakar in Senegal (at 00:59) towards Algiers (01:05). If it
continued, it would have reached Rome at 01:07 and Belgrade at 01:09.
