The final two elsets for this are...

Progress M-37 Soyuz r 145 x 137 km
1 25103U 97081B 97356.86733879 .24836051 12661-4 30256-3 0 121
2 25103 51.5980 216.1012 0006478 89.2367 271.0936 16.49396413 413
Progress M-37 Soyuz r 131 x 118 km
1 25103U 97081B 97356.92783922 .51648857 12838-4 23494-3 0 130
2 25103 51.5999 215.7409 0010256 89.0001 271.3255 16.55635270 422

...showing it 4.3 and 9.9 seconds early on my prediction earlier in the
evening.

Almost certainly, it re-entered before it could have made the SE-bound
crossing of the USA on the following orbit between 00:10 and 00:27 UTC.
I estimate that re-entry occurred between 23:25 and 23:50, possibly in
the vicinity of the northbound equator crossing at 23:43 UTC at 128 deg
East.
