On a busy weekend for satellite launches (Progress M-37, five more Iridiums, Intelsat 806 and Early Bird), OIG has gone AWOL being unreachable for me since sometime between 23:05 and 02:00 UTC last night. One more elset for the decaying Soyuz-U rocket was obtained: C 2348 Soyuz-U r 233 x 144 km 1 25096U 97080B 97353.84950105 .05409538 60714-5 27644-3 0 326 2 25096 67.1406 291.7043 0067585 91.2117 269.8264 16.31586230 682 which has it 1.3 sec early on the "9031" evolution in my previous posting. It may be running a minute or more ahead of my earlier prediction just before re-entry. The latter is now predicted for about December 20.63 = 15h UTC +-3hours.
