Obs 9612 25/26

On Chrisymas-eve I could make only one observation before the clouds came in.
Also on X-mas morning it was clouded, but during the day it became clear again.
Although a bit trouble with the just full moon I could make several obs in the evening 
and the morning. It was a bit cold with temperatures at minus 5 degrees Celsius but 
luckely not so much wind.

It seems that 92- 30 J is accelerating; albeit dependably on what part of the visible 
pass you use to make the measurements; see DRA-obs below.
Also saw the new Cosmoslaunch 96- 71 A and B. The rocket is flashing nicely.
TiPS remains difficult to observe; and sometimes shows flashes.
