Cosmos 398 : When did it decay?

I didn't found the exact decay time of Cosmos 398 until now. My only hint
is a report by Itar-Tass saying that debris of Cosmos 398 has fallen into
the pacific ocean about 2100 km southeast of Hawaii.

With the last elset

output from Kelso's TrakStar is:

Is this the decay time?
