The Chinese AsiaSat 2 rocket (?) 95 64 B, #23724, in a 28 degree orbit,
decays around Dec.5. It is only above the Florida horizon in the afternoon.
Morning visibility is around 22 degrees south.

The Russian moonlander, 71 16 A, #04966, may decay around Dec.10.
It will be visible near the northern apex, around 51 degrees north,
in the mornings before, and in the evenings near latitude 42 south.

Re: My comments to the Nov.21 bolide observations over northern USA:
NASA OIG reports the decay of #21142 as Nov.23, but the Japanese object
#23593 , 1995 11 H, on Nov.21 - but this was in a 28 degree orbit, so
this one is no candidate either.
