 Standard magnitudes for Vostok upper stages
 -------------------------------------------

 From Russell's observations (1991 Apr 26 to 1995 Oct 09) I have derived
 standard magnitudes (1000 km, 90 deg) for eleven Vostok (A1/SL-3) upper
 stages. There are 80 SL-3 upper stages in the satellite situation report
 for 1995 August. I have chosen all SL-3's with 60 or more observations
 by Russell.
