So we better keep a close eye on USA 326 the coming time to see if there is any 
evasive manoeuvering.

Here is an orbit estimate for the Russian launch assuming insertion in a similar 
orbit as USA 326 (in reality it might be inserted into a somewhat lower orbit 
and then manoeuver towards the USA 326 orbit):
