Hi Rob,

The closest catalog download I have handy was from August 13, 2020,
but that shows GLOBALSTAR M063 [26081/00008A] passing directly over
your sky position during the time range you specified.

My past observations of this satellite show it as steady, but given
that we know that some of the spinning GLOBALSTAR satellites can give
occasional bright flares, I think match is pretty secure.
