Thanks Cees and Ron for your reports,

I Managed to observe Telkom 3(12-44A/38744) again last night around
20:16UTC almost same path as the day before. Very nice flashing with
(only)8 timings measured, 4.27x,3.11s,4.09s,2.91s,4.64s,3.17s,4.19s,2.56s.
These are included the Bright flares and short secundary flashes. It
seems, more or less, to match Cees timings if I consider the repeating
pattern, at least a rotation speed of about 11s. It is an easy naked eye
object !
