Further to Nico Janssen's  mail related to USA 276 manoeuvre,  this morning 
I performed a USA 276 search. 
As a consequrence I saw a sat mg +7 following the predicted orbit and having

a delay of 2 minutes 31 seconds  (Mike TLE  19223.0988).
I got two points:
