OBJECT A,  44457  19048A  was launched Aug 5 toward geostationary orbit.
Spaceflight says " The Proton rocket’s Breeze M upper stage successfully 
delivered the Blagovest spacecraft to its intended orbit nine hours later."

However, it is still in 48º,  395-35706 km orbit and was easily seen at 
mag 4.5.

What is Object A?
