Mike alerted me to check several errors. Unexpected, since as I usually inspect the report before sending it off. I enter the IOD lines into HeavenSat's "Optical Measurements" and check track and time offsets for consistency. Obviously I didn't check 23936, as the second pos is 1 h R.A. off, and should read 23936 96 029E 5919 201907282153345 57 15 0203195+455407 39 A typo - my paper notes from the reductions were OK. My camera only records time to the second, and I calibrate it by taking 3-5 exposures of "Time The Sat" screens, and use an average. Hence my IOD entries for accuracy are (usually) "57" (0.5 s). So there are possibilites of 1 s jumps in my track times. I use a 2 s self-timer to reduce shaking when I take satellite tracks, and thus see no possibility to improve accuracy using a stopwatch. The 43224 obs look OK to me. Finally, as Mike remarked, the 40539 times are completely reversed - obviously I only eye-balled the intervals between points !
