On Aug 28 I tried my first possible/convenient obs of OTV 5, but failed
twice.
First, waited too long between some of the first exposures, and from the
240.86 elset I determine that I just missed its field entry, and made the
next exposure a second or two after it left the field.
I took several more, then realized that if it were that late, I'd better
try a field further to the E. And I saw on the display screen I did capture
two images of a bright track close to OTV 5's. But it was NOSS 2-1 C
flaring, at a higher inclination.
The second image in the sequence though had a faint track I only could see
on the computer screen - it was #38038 ZY 1.

All measured and identified after running Astrometry.net and SAOimage DS9.
