Hi dear list. On the night of August 9th 2018, 23:55 Iran time ( UTC + 4:30 ) we observed something like a satellite, slowly moving nearly overhead crossing the constellation Lyra. Location was Ghasr-e Bahram Caravanserai  (  https://goo.gl/maps/8LUdsjwc1wo  ) which is   34.765431  N , 52.176836  E The object's light was pulsating, bright enough to catch your eyes, and the rate of pulsation was something like a human heart rate. I used heavens-above, but it does not list anything for 23:55. Would you please help identify this ? Regards.
