Hi all,

USA 276 is still up for a new meeting with the ISS. I currently have it
projected to closely approach the ISS on Aug 18, two days after the projected
arrival of Dragon CRS-12.

It would be interesting to see if there is any manouevering again around the
close approach. It is vital that, besides from observations near apoproach, we
have observations from several days before and after the approach as well.

We have lost visibility of USA 276 from NW Europe. Coverage of the object is now
up to observers in North America and the southern hemisphere.

The following elset can help observing the object and is based on observations
by Andriy Makeyev between Aug 8 and Aug 11:

USA 276 386 x 407 km

rms 0.021 from 12 obs Aug 8.74 - Aug 11.76 UT

Those of you observing with video (Kevin?): include a good time source in the
video stream (e.g. GPS time inserter). I am willing to measure your video's for
astrometry.
