Imaged 42900 17 044A OPTSAT 3000.
It was early and a bit off track wrt Ted's updated TLE:

0.24432 deg   53.264 sec   1.0 day, 798.2 km
42900 17 7044   4172 G 20170806214501155 17 25 1749373+144166 37 R |
0.28608 deg   54.395 sec   1.0 day, 793.3 km
42900 17 044A   4172 G 20170806214507377 17 25 1744958+163868 37 S |
0.14582 deg   49.477 sec   1.0 day, 759.6 km
It was mag 6-7 in the 1st image (point 1 and 2) and faded to inv in 2ns
image (point 3)
It  was R with P ~ 1 sec.

Also imaged 42902 17 044C earlier. It was on time and track wrt Space-Track
TLE.
