I just saw a bright satellite I believe to be USA 186 (28888).
Ground location 33.897 N, 118.345 W.
It approximately followed the prediction from Heavens-Above, orbital
elements of epoch 2016-08-26 19:07:06 (UTC).
It was moving approximately south to north, and passed a line extending
from Vega, through Deneb, toward the horizon, at 2016-08-28 03:27:02 (UTC).
Sorry, that's about as specific as I can get - limiting magnitude here is
about 2-3 due to light pollution.

A minute before this, I by chance saw two other bright satellites
simultaneously, also moving south to north but closer to zenith. Taking
another look at H-A, I'd guess they might have been H-2A R/B (36105), ALOS
(28931), and/or Cosmos 1975 (19573). I was surprised and not ready to
distinguish them.
