Re: 5919 First attempt on #29393 IGS - successful !

Here are my reduced observations.
The (faint) tracks in the first two obs appeared to start/end abruptly, so
I set their times .5 s into the image exposure.
However, the predicted track between these appear to be ~2.1 s apart.
If any, the second has a sharp cut-off.
The last two are sharp flashes with track almost invisible. Actually they
are double, with characteristic F f , then f F !
So the times are even less accurate.
