The best ID I get is 14795 84 012F NOSS 6 (F)

Satfit output:
Norad   d ArgP   d RAAN  d.rms File                   TLE age
14795 -254.923   -0.957    0.594 Kevin-20150824   13.136

Both dRAAN and d.rms are higher than usual with a good fit.
So it probably is not 14795, but a piece of debris as you suggested.
I used the latest classfd.tle

I´ve imaged 14795 on August 2 and it was S.
