Out of action

Morning all

Maybe some have noticed but I have been silent recently. Big changes are
now taking place in my life and I am scaling down prior to selling my
house and moving to a new location - still to be decided but -all being
well - superior conditions to what I presently have as I still have
every intention of continuing optical tracking - all the required
gear/telescopes/camera/pc's are being kept and will follow me around the
country. My wife's declining health , as well as my advancing age make
it necessary that we move into a retirement village where there is easy
access to medical aid or care. Whilst the matter is not yet urgent I
hope to be resettled before the end of the year, so for the moment
everything is in a state of disarray/chaos/flux and satellite tracking
is the least of my worries, but I hope to be back and since I can move
to virtually anywhere in South Africa I plan to stay within reasonable
driving distance of Cape Town (1-2 hours) but in a place with better
weather and observing conditions. Its been a hard decision to make -
ideally its something I should have done when I retired 16 years ago!
but I cannot delay much longer

Regards to all
