Very bright flare from USA 229

Last night at 2015-08-20 22:40 UT the all sky camera of Hankasalmi
observatory, Finland (62.25 N, 26.60 E) recorded a very bright (much
brighter than a mag -5 Iridium one hour earlier) flare of USA 229 or USA
229 DEB. The trail and bright flare is seen on two 30 exposures starting
22:40:02 UT and 22:40:40 UT. The brightest moment was close to the start
time of the second exposure or between the frames.
