An UNID was observed during this session that seems to fit the modus operandi of Geosat FO[25157 98 007A] given the inclination derived from the observed data. However, having a look as the PPAS and Seesat-L comments I didn't see anything that described the extreme regular flashing that was observed. With a constant flash period of 1.2 seconds and its intense brightness I at first thought I had seen a distant aircraft. Analysis of the data revealed otherwise. The UNID was bright enough to ramp the gain down of the analysis software and swamped out the dim stars visible in the frame.
