Nice flare

Last night I was sitting outside what I saw a bright mag -5 flare about 10
degrees above Polaris. I think this was from Cosmos 2386, 27059, 2001-058E.
This occurred at 2:13:30 UT at about 18h 35m, +78.

 

The flare lasted only about a second with a much weaker flare about 5
seconds later. I'll have to look for this one again.
