The following is based on Brad Young's precise observations of last night, and precise, but less complete information from a different observer hours earlier: 1 70001U 14225.09108567 .00035829 00000-0 15546-3 0 02 2 70001 43.5037 146.0255 0004000 249.2218 110.7629 15.83804024 08 The orbit could conceivably be a bit higher in altitude, so it could run somewhat later than predicted by the above, but probably not much later than given by the following: 1 70002U 14225.09112572 .00034123 00000-0 15546-3 0 00 2 70002 43.5037 146.0362 0009660 5.0429 355.0547 15.82776287 08 RAAN and especially eccentricity and argument of perigee lack precision, so expect track errors of at least half a degree. Barring further manoeuvres, a few more precise observations tonight will yield reliable elements. Due to other commitments, I may not be able to respond promptly to reports that arrive between about 18:00 and 01:00 UTC.
