    Hi all,

I just caught the NROL-65 object again on the second orbit. It was on
time with Ted's updated 79502 elset but West by about three degrees.

These are the observations from the first orbit, taken with a 50mm F/1.8 lens:
    99066 13 740A 4171 G 20130828192053736 17 25 2254497+111506 37 S
    99066 13 740A 4171 G 20130828192059697 17 25 2256784+121339 37 S
    99066 13 740A 4171 G 20130828192106706 17 25 2259528+132258 37 S
    99067 13 740B 4171 G 20130828192100486 17 25 2254301+113284 37 S
    99067 13 740B 4171 G 20130828192109706 17 25 2257760+130290 37 S

On the next orbit only a single object was seen, which I assume is
    99067/13740B as per Ted's suggestion. This time a 35mm F/2.8 lens was
    used:
    99067 13 740B 4171 G 20130828205528271 17 25 1955142-140603 57 E

    >From the 99067 positions above I fit the following orbit, allowing all
parameters except Bstar drag to vary:
    1 99067U 13740B 13240.87315718 .00000000 00000-0 50000-4 0 08
    2 99067 97.8775 304.3623 0529019 193.1700 215.8829 14.80647326 00

This orbit fits the eclipse exit as seen by the first measurement on
    the second orbit.

This has been a great evening so far and well worth the effort! Many
thanks to Ted for providing the search elements; they were an enormous
    help in finding NROL-65!

    Regards,
        Cees
