    Thank you for the welcome and your help!
    I wish I had noted the time more exact, I was outside without a watch or
    cell phone, checked the time when I got back inside and estimated the time
    elapsed since I saw it. I think you are correct about me being one hour
    off, I saw it around 01:30 local time but forgot that summer time doesn't
    apply to UTC, really sorry about that! So the correct date and time should
    be 2013-08-05 23:30 UTC.
    I was expecting to see it more to the west on the second pass, but it
    showed up at pretty much the same location and elevation as the first pass,
    and same direction of movement as well. I actually did try to get an
    azimuth using my binoculars, but unfortunately the compass in them is
    broken. Ironic enough, I saw it from my boat (while docked), but all my
    compasses are broken for the time being.
