HTV-4 following ISS by 64.5 and 49.0s on 2 consecutive passes

    Last night, on 8 August 2013, HTV-4 (2013-40A) followed ISS :
    
    . by 64.5 seconds (accuracy 0.2s) at its first pass 
    
    . by 49.0 seconds (accuracy 0.1s) at its second pass 
    
    Accurate measurements on photos.
    
     
    
    . first pass : ISS at 20h29.1m UTC
    
    . second pass : ISS at 22h05.7 UTC
    
     
    
    A friend located 49.6 N ; 1.2 W ; sea level ; found respectively :
    
     64.8 s and 49.0 s for the same passes, using a chronometer.
