    The P was because of increasing cloud.By 11:00 UT( 20:30 local time)
      this had dissapated but there were no more satellites to observe.
    
    As a bit of triva both these observation were derived from
    the southern most wide double in the part of
    constellation Grus that I imagines it represent the neck of the Crane.
    Both observation were +/- 1 second of predictions
