Jay Respler asked: "So why not just limit the number of bulk downloads per user per day? Wouldn't that be simpler?" It sure seems that way to me! If User 297324982835 is known to the system every time he logs in and requests a download, it sure seems simple for the server to count how many times that user does that action and then enforce some sort of usage limits on him. So, anyway, since I'm not a programmer, I'm going to be totally dependent on someone/anyone else to help me to be able to get the elements that I need. Once per day (at most, almost exclusively on good-weather days) I get the three-line bulk file. So the script or program or command-line or whatever that I will need would get that result for me: the bulk file, once per day at most. I would be happy to "run" the request manually, be it by copying-and- pasting a URL into the browser, or whatever.
