      Yes, that makes total sense of course . My intial instinct was that
    it was a hot-air "kite" of some kind , due to the way it was 'dancing'
    as it rose , which suggested a very-very light weight .
    
     However , I report it here because once it attained some altitude ,
    it appeared as a bright (-4 plus) object that could very well have 
    been mistaken for a UNID by myself or other skywatchers .
