I adjusted my predicted tle to come close to the predictions
that were sent to Brad Young.

The following should be within a minute or two of the correct time
and within about 0.2 degrees cross-track.

    Radio Astron

    Brad is not available tonight.

My prediction is about 14 degrees up in the northeast at 15000 miles
at midnight, rising to 22.6 degrees at 31000 miles by 2 AM CDT.

The prediction is more favorable for the East Coast and eastern Canada.
