TOPEX/POSEIDON still tumbling

TOPEX/POSEIDON (1992-052A) is still tumbling. I saw nice sharp flashes today
evening (Aug 20, Helsinki, Finland) and the period was somewhere above 10 seconds. 
Unfortunately the satellite location was little bit unfavorable in the sky and I did not made 
accurate timing about this.
