    Notes:
    ---------
    (1) After several failed attempts to see OTV-1 under very adverse
weather conditions- it was suspected that OTV-1 may have done a major
change. On recommendation of Ted did a plane scan to confirm that
it had indeed changed. This time I had excellant conditions and found
the satellite was running about 5 minutes early and no change appears
to have taken place in the orbit.

    (2) Times reported as integer seconds are from the Meade camera, whilst
the other observations are from the video camera.

    (3) Good thing I "found" it again as we would have all then gone on a
"wild goose chase" looking for it!!!

    Cheers
    Greg
