Igor Lissov has kindly alerted me to the following discussion on Novosti Kosmonavtiki, about recent
manoeuvres by Shijian-12 (10027A / 36596) to come into close proximity to SJ-6F (08053B / 33409):

One poster speculates that it may be the arrival of a replacement spacecraft, or an orbital
rendezvous/inspection.

Late on 2010 Aug 15 UTC, 10027A trailed 08053B by about 25 s (time).
