Hello: This was my "nova" satellite as I call it because it appeared stationary and looked like a nova at close to second magnitude and caught me off guard! It was between Aquarius and Capricornius and faded very slowly almost a minute to do so, but I did not see any motion with the naked eye only it's fading, then I looked at it in my 12x50 binoculars. It looked like a twinkiling blue star and only after 5-8 seconds did I finally see motion in them. So it must have been a high orbit. Just curious as to what satellite this may have been.
