This was my "nova" satellite as I call it because it appeared
stationary and looked like a nova at close to second magnitude and
caught me off guard! It was between Aquarius and Capricornius and
    faded very slowly
almost a minute to do so, but I did not see any motion with the naked eye
only it's fading, then I looked at it in my 12x50 binoculars. It looked
like a twinkiling blue star and only after 5-8 seconds did I finally
see motion in them. So it must have been a high orbit.
Just curious as to what satellite this may have been.
