I find it passing about 1 min later than your observation, and touching the eastern edge of the "nebula". The object was in eclipse, so it needed to have made a fairly large burn to illuminate the plume, yet I see no change in the elements. Using IDSat and Findsat, I have found no match against any of the objects in known orbits.
