Looking at the orbital data my guess is 36826 1968-067 CA. CA are the sequence characters, not an abbriviation for camera, although it is appropiated. Its rev/day, 15.71, are still close to these of the ISS. The 2 other pieces have already 15.73 revs per day. I watched the space walk on NASA TV. The 1st piece was ring-shaped, probably a washer. The 2nd piece looked like a piece of thermal protection. Apity there was no video downlink when the TV camera was tossed away.
