    Late report on the 2nd batch of observations from two nights ago.
    
    The rocket was almost 1.5 seconds early relative to a 3 day old elset 
    09227.90608282. The orbital eccentricity is probably less.
    
    It still shows a very nice and obvious slow tumbling behaviour
