Location was the top of the Cajon Pass, in Southern California,
    closest city was Wrightwood.

This UNID went across Perseus and blinked very bright, four times,
moved 15 degrees in 2 minutes or less and blinked every 30 seconds or
so. It moved to the Northeast I would say, straight to the horizon.

The time was 12:34am on August 12, 2009. Can someone identifiy
anything that could have caused this? Did the moonlight do something
    to a satellite solar panel?

    Thanks!

    Kevin
