Inmarsat 4-F1 and F2 new orbital slots

    Inmarsat 4F-1 ( 28628 ) will be moved to 143.5 degrees east.
    
    Inmarsat 4F-2 ( 28899 ) will be moved to 25 degrees west. So still in range for me, to observe. Just not as high in the sky, as it's now.
    
    Inmarsat 4F-3, will be nice, since it's going to 98 degrees West.
