    Hi all,

Just observed a nice pass of IGS 1B (03-009B). It was bright in the southeast
(around +0.5), then faded to +3, and at 21:03:55 UT (12 Aug) it flared to about
      -1.5 in the northeast.

Positions (also for Lacrosse 2) will follow later.

    - Marco
