    The first set is a good representation of the orbit of the Sputnik 1 booster 
    over the first few days (as no BSTAR coefficient is given but ndot instead 
    you could do a simple Keplarian calculation rather than the SGP4). The second 
    set of elements is actually the orbit of Sputnik 2 (the payload remained 
    attached to the booster in this case). Both sets are given with an epoch 
    close to the actual launch of the respective satellites.
