Orange coloration of ISS solar panels confirmed by Astronaut

From time to time there have been reports of orange coloration when 
observing the ISS.  I observed this myself some time ago, and reported it in 
here.

Barbara Morgan has stated that seen from the ISS the solar panels shimmered 
as brightly as the filaments in a toaster, and were "shimmering bright 
bright gold."
