Hi 23031 94 017B 3022 P 20070823204223100 56 25 0130102+470043 28 S Poor sky. No good stars for 96072 and 05042A (very weak) disappeared behind clouds. 94017 gave a flash (m~3.5) every 15 s or so. I tried to observe flashes of Cosmos 1651 (ex-Glonass) but I did not see anything. A few months ago I did not see either any flashes. Is it still a flasher ?
