    I wonder if Galaxy 9 isn't really Galaxy 17. Galaxy 17 was going to temp parked at 74 degrees
    West, then moved to 91 degrees West. Since galaxy 9 is drifiting west, I wonder if it's really
    galaxy 17 instead. Just a suggestion, doesn't mean it's true.
