    Still slogging through observations...
    
    8/9/07 4578 70-83A and 21015 90-111B were so close and same path I thought
    they were a NOSS pair!
    
    I cannot find a match for this UNID, any help would be appreciated:

    within 2s
    
    Seen very easily and steady with 12x60's.
