At August 1st I noticed a flashing satellite while I was following
ISS. I was so bright to determine its flashing period. After the
observation session I identified this satellite as the one mentioned.
It was almost steady or steady during many of the previous years.

Now it is visible in the evenings and interesting to observe for
the PPAS. My already made observations are in my PPAS reports,
    sent separately.

    Site 4160: 51.27931 N, 5.47683 E (WGS84), 35 m
