COSMOS 2363 ( 25594 ) was observed slowly flashing, last night.

3 Other glonass satellites, that I have observed slowly flashing. 

COSMOS 1778 ( 16961 ) 
COSMOS 1947 ( 19164 ) 
COSMOS 2275 ( 23045 ) 

Rather slow flashing from the above satellites.
