    Hi all,

While observing a combined meteor/satellite session from my new outpost Cospar
4354 "De Wilck", I was surprised by a bright short flare from the IGS 4 rocket
(07-005C). At 00:42:00 UTC it briefly flared to mag. -1 in Umi.

Positional data will follow later, I still have to measure all images.

    - Marco
